Founded in 2010 by Joseph Olive Sr. and Joseph Olive Jr., Olive Branch Consulting, ltd. is a multifaceted construction consulting company offering a wide range of services to our clients. Olive Branch is committed to providing objective, timely, material, and actionable advice and reporting to its clients as they pursue their goals in real estate development.

Our experience in the construction industry enables us to provide consultation to our clients including investors, developers and stakeholders throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases.
Project Management
Supporting the project team in advancing each project, meeting milestones, communicating with the funding sources/agencies and providing full project management services.
Project Assessment
Assessing ongoing projects with regard to operations, financial feasibility, evaluation of finds, schedule to completion, project management and critical issues.
Property Conditions & Physical Needs Assessment
Developing an assessment of physical conditions, including building systems, and reviewing documentation, including past assessments, to provide a cost estimate of Immediate needs.
Peer Review
Performing a review of a full project drawing set and specifications for coordination purposes, including suggestions for potential value engineered items.
Low Voltage Management
Establishing the right team and managing the process of the comprehensive design and installation of low voltage systems, tailored to meet client needs.
