Joseph has extensive experience in a number of industries which has built a foundation for the consulting services provided. Mr. Olive graduated from Washington and Lee University (1980) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration. Since then, Mr. Olive has worked in the public accounting sector specializing in the construction industry, managed a commercial contracting company, owned a contracting company, performed project management for an intermediate size regional commercial contractor, performed construction loan monitoring of intermediate to large construction projects in the New York City area, and is currently performing construction operations consulting/owner’s representative services in the New York City market.

Joseph has experience at various levels of construction. As an employee of The Rogers Group Ltd, a family-owned construction company, Joseph started as a laborer, progressed to a carpenter, then transitioned into the office and handled various project management responsibilities including: estimating, soliciting subcontractor pricing, reviewing subcontractor proposals, and verifying work in place compared to invoices submitted by subcontractors, to mention a few. Currently, Joseph is actively involved in Owner’s Representative services for Olive Branch Consulting Ltd on multiple projects, including these current ongoing projects at: 135 West 23rd Street – an occupied rehabilitation project in Manhattan for Associated Blind/Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and at 1939 West Farms Road and 1926 Longfellow Avenue – an Affordable/Low-Income Housing Development in Bronx, NY for Shah Development/New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

Amanda is the Senior Project Administrator for OBC, responsible for creating and maintaining insurance certificate logs, project control logs, contact lists, and soft cost vendor invoice logs (with associated payment reconciliation documents/reports/invoice/contract reviews). Amanda helps establish and organize company procedures and protocol, manage files on cloud servers, as well as various other tasks as needed to ensure efficiency and productivity in business operations. Amanda is also a talented musician and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from SUNY Stony Brook.

Cecily Potouridis, Senior Project Manager of Olive Branch Consulting Ltd, came to NYC from Alabama to pursue higher education. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from NYU, Cecily first worked at a restoration firm based in Long Island City. Since then, Cecily has gained extensive experience as a former project manager for a major regional construction company/developer in the affordable and supportive housing industry. This understanding of the project management process, coupled with her organization skills, adds to our ability to manage the owner’s representative role on projects in construction. In addition, Cecily assists with our pre-development services with the goal of successfully guiding a project through design development to groundbreaking.  She maintains a database of current market data pricing to provide thorough assessments of construction budgets, and provides detailed reviews of proposals for additional work submitted during the course of construction. 

Cecily enjoys working for the Olive Branch team, which allows her to spend much more time at home with her husband and two children.

Before joining Olive Branch, Nick oversaw the renovation of 148 units of affordable housing in Park Slope, Brooklyn as a project manager with the Fifth Avenue Committee. Prior to that, he worked for five years supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities while getting a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College.

Krystle J. Toczylowski joins Olive Branch Consulting Ltd. with over 15 years of experience as an architect and master planner for a wide array of residential, commercial, cultural arts and faith-based projects. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University, Krystle’s training and acquired experience have shaped her ability to understand the big picture as well as the fine details of a project’s design and execution. Understanding the client’s vision, goals, and expectations is a key component to Krystle’s comprehensive approach that she continues to build upon as part of the OBC team.

An experienced field superintendent, Will gained a great deal of his experience while working for a contractor/developer building mid- to high-rise affordable and supportive housing projects in the New York City market. He has a keen ability to communicate well with contractor personnel, subcontractors, and client personnel. Will’s core competencies in the field are a valued asset to Olive Branch Consulting Ltd. Will is OSHA certified in Site Supervision (SST 62-Hour).

Laura received an AAS in Paralegal Science. After several years in the legal field Laura’s career evolved into multiple areas of business operations including: Administrative, Small Business Management, Human Resource Management, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Systems Administration, Operations Management Support, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales Management including CRM Implementation and Management. Ultimately, Mrs. Cardinuto opened her own small business specializing in Consulting and Administrative Support for small businesses where she is able to assist other companies with the various tasks, daily operations and streamline processes and procedures in which to grow their business efficiently.

Sarah’s attention to detail and efficiency is evident in her work. Sarah handles updates to project files, tracking project inspections, assisting with invoice reviews, and various other administrative tasks. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Southern Mississippi.

Megan Perfetti has been a part of Olive Branch Consulting for almost 2 years, as an Administrative Assistant. She has obtained her associate’s degree in the field of human services and is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Megan is detail-oriented and thorough, providing an organized approach in all of her work. Her experience with and love for working with people makes her a positive and encouraging team member.

Matthew Lahey has come to Olive Branch Consulting with a great work ethic and a willingness to learn the construction industry from the consulting side of the business. Through family, Matt has been exposed to the construction industry and knows his way around a job site. He has an organized approach from his previous work experience which will provide the foundation necessary to adapt to the administrative side of this business.

Anthony joined Olive Branch with over 5 years of experience as a site superintendent with a major construction company. He is trained in site safety and is certified to operate six aerial lifts, is a telehandler operator and a flagger. Anthony is a very organized, attentive, and dependable superintendent with great problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills. He is also very dedicated — being a part of completing a project from the ground up is something he enjoys most about the work. Anthony is OSHA certified in Site Supervision (SST 62-Hour).
