This project really tested our management skills from pre-existing soil contamination problems, issues with neighboring structures, and mitigating a flooded basement when the project was almost complete due to a broken fire hydrant at the sidewalk. Working very closely with the architect and client, we were able to successfully overcome each obstacle.
