Located in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn, the Kosciuszko Street project provides 45 units of supportive housing, 17 of which are dedicated to low-income residents in the immediate area. The client developed the former city-owned vacant lot, providing some much needed housing units along with meaningful indoor community space and outdoor recreation space.
